Summary of the Conclusion
In the Conclusion, the last chapter of tuesdays with Morrie, Albom talks about his wishes to go back in time, and telling his old self all the things he has learned from Morrie, and to tell his younger self that he needs to go and visit his old professor before he gets a life changing disease and dies before Albom gets enough time with him. Albom also describes getting back in touch with his brother, and how they started to contact each other more. Albom then talks about Albom and Morrie’s plan to write the book, tuesdays with Morrie, and how Morrie never got to see it finished. He ends the book with repeating a paragraph in the first chapter, “The last class of my old professor’s life took place once a week, in his home, by a window in his study where he could watch a small hibiscus plant shed its pind leaves...”
